A letter from our medical director

I didn't set out to build a medical practice.

I spent much of my career caring for the sickest patients in the ICU, after something had already gone terribly wrong, and in those moments, patterns became very clear. Diseases rarely appear overnight, and warning signs often linger for years.

The problem wasn't patient motivation—it was the system. Care was episodic, data went uninterpreted, and no one owned the picture between visits, so prevention came too late. We built Wednesday Health to close that gap.

As UWS residents, we built a practice for our neighborhood—one that works earlier—establishing a baseline, tracking health over time, and intervening before problems become a diagnosis. It's a place where clinical judgment drives decisions and prevention is structured, measured, and followed through. Care is team-based and physician-led.

We stay small so we stay involved: a physician response within 24 hours, coordinated specialty care, and a plan that adapts as life changes. Not convenience concierge or trend wellness—prevention grounded in real hospital experience that protects your health long term.

Wednesday Health is for people who want clarity over noise, believe small steps build better decades, and want a true partner—not another appointment. If that resonates, I'd gladly introduce you.
